I'm Kris Erickson and I'm running for re-election because every child in Orange Unified deserves a fair shot at a great life. That means providing our students with a strong educational foundation, plenty of opportunities to find their passion and push themselves, and making sure they have safe, modern classrooms to learn in.

OUSD named a "District on the Rise." Harvard, Stanford, and Dartmouth's Education Scorecard put OUSD among just 11 districts in California growing faster than 86% of the nation.

 

Built real career pathways in healthcare, tech, the trades, and more. Opportunitiess with local employers, colleges, hospitals allow students to graduate with a head start, not just a diploma.

 

Invested millions in safer, stronger schools, with major upgrades to our high schools, middle schools and elementary campuses.
